Subscription Plan Includes, Security Deposit, Enrollment Charges & Library Fees.

Security Deposit: Deposit amount is been charge once at the time of registration, It will be refunded only when your Membership is Cancelled. We will refund your security deposit after ensuring all outstanding charges which are applicable have been processed. A cheque will be drawn in the Favor of the person name the membership is registered & will deliver it to you within 14 working Days. Library reserves all right to recover any lose or damage to library books done by the member of the library. Library can also recover membership fee from the security deposit if the member fails to pay it before the due date.

Enrollment Charges: It’s a registration fee charged by the library. It's a one time charges which you have to pay during registration. Enrollment Charges is not refundable.

Library Fees: You are responsible for paying the fees and applicable taxes associated with the website and services in a timely manner with a valid payment method. If you fail to make the payment or your account is past due. You have a grace period of 30 days to pay the Library fee. After 30 days if you still don't make the payment then your account will be put on hold and will not be released till all your due are cleared. Pai's Friends library reserves all the right to recover the subscription fee from the Security Deposit Amount which is already paid by the member at the time of registration. You agree your paid subscription will be automatically renewed for successive Terms, without prior notice to you, unless and until you cancel membership or we terminate it. We will automatically bill for the Term's associated subscription fee on the calendar day corresponding to the commencement of your subscription billing. We may also change Subscription fee plans in future. Changes to that Policy are effective only after we provide you with at least One month notice prior by posting the changes on the library site.

Once you order any book it will be delivered On next working day from the day of order. There will be no Specific Due Date for returning the book. You can keep it with you as long as you like. And there will be no late fee for the same. Subject to "you continue to pay our subscription fee".

You must cancel your subscription before it renews in order to avoid billing of subscription fees. All fees and charges are non refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your account will be reviewed once you send a requisition for your account cancellation. Website will reverse the rights to recover any due from the deposit amount, which you pay at the time of registration. You have to return a book within 7 days from the day requisition for cancellation is sent. You agree that website, in our sole discretion and with or without notice, may terminate your use of the website (or any part thereof) for any reason, including, without limitation, for lack of use or Pai's Friends library believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of the Terms of Use Pai's Friends library may also in its sole discretion and at any time discontinue providing the website, or any part thereof, with or without notice. You agree that any termination of your access to the website under any provision of the Terms of Use may be effected without prior notice, and acknowledge and agree Pai's Friends library may immediately bar any further access to the website. Further, you agree Pai's Friends library shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to the website.

You acknowledge and agree that content contained on the website or information presented to you through the website may be protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents or other proprietary rights and laws. Except as expressly authorized by Pai's Friends library or its affiliates, you agree not to modify, distribute, copy, reproduce or create derivative works based on the proprietary portions of this website, in whole or in part.

In case of Book Lost you need to pay the MRP which is mentioned on the description of the particular book. one should not write upon, damage or mark on library books. We will ensure that all book which we will send to you are in good condition prior to Dispatch. The member should satisfy himself or herself as to whether the library book which are lent to them is in sound condition. And if not, they should immediately bring the matter to the knowledge of the library Logistic staff before he leaves from your place. Failure to check and/or report the same will be constituted as your having received a book in good condition. You will liable to be held responsible for paying such compensation as calculated by the Pai's Friends library.
