The Viksit Bharat Quiz Book
The Viksit Bharat Quiz Book is an engaging journey through India’s story, told one question at a time. It is not a guide to cracking competitive exams, nor does it offer shortcuts or tricks. Instead, it invites readers to explore India with fresh eyes, sparking curiosity and encouraging a deeper interest in the country’s past and present. Unlike conventional quiz books that neatly separate subjects, this one moves like a lively conversation. History, politics, culture, literature, sports, geography, monuments, and current affairs appear in an ever-shifting flow, jumping across time periods and regions, much like real curiosity does. One question leads to another, pulling you from ancient India to modern milestones, from famous figures to lesser-known gems. Along the way, you will revisit iconic moments, meet remarkable leaders and thinkers, uncover layers of art and literature, and challenge what you think you already know. Some questions will amuse you, others will make you pause, and many will surprise you. Written for anyone who enjoys learning through play, debate, and a little friendly competition, The Viksit Bharat Quiz Book offers a richer understanding of the idea of Viksit Bharat, and a renewed appreciation for the complex, vibrant nation we call home.

LOVE SIDE BY SIDE
Hailing from a middle-class family, Pankaj believes that his life is all sorted - get an engineering degree, marry the love of his life, Riya and settle down for a 'happily-ever-after' in Delhi. But when Riya decides to go abroad for further studies, his plan goes for a toss. Still determined to keep to the plan, he promises to wait for her. After settling in Jamshedpur, though, he becomes close to his boss's daughter, Kajal, and starts assisting in her social work. In the midst of the changing economic and religious environment of India in the 1990s, he undertakes a journey, which not only gives him a peek into rural life but also a new and focused perspective on life and love. Love Side by Side not only gives a glimpse of India in the 90s, but also demonstrates why sometimes the failure of a well-laid-out plan can be the best thing to happen in life.
