Four American friends on vacation in Mexico meet a German tourist who asks for their help in finding his younger brother, who was last seen with his girlfriend near mysterious ruins. Smith's blockbuster novel is now adapted to film by Paramount Pictures, scheduled for theatrical release on April 4.
