Dr. Bhalchandra Mungekar was a nomineted member of the rajya sabha for a full term during my tenure as chairman, rajya sabha. from that vantage point, i had a good opportunity to know him and observe his work as a member of the house. The sppeches included in this volume are reflective of his interests.
