The Tournament
A young princess, Elizabeth, and her mentor travel to the Ottoman Capital for a chess tournament. This is done in order to protect her from the uncertainty that surrounds her. He teacher and mentor, Roger Ascham, takes her with him when he travels to the Ottoman Capital for the tournament. However, they find that there is more danger there than there was in England. It is reported that there is a killer on the loose and the Sultan asks Ascham to investigate a murder. He and Elizabeth find out about a lot of dark secrets and terrible crimes that could scar the princess and define the queen that she will become.
